This apprenticeship-style training develops your knowledge, ear and practical judgment so you can coach singers with precision and confidence - and build a sustainable practice around work that actually creates results.

PROGRAMME OUTLINE
BUILD YOUR TECHNICAL FOUNDATION
Study the Academy Textbook and Video Materials in your own time.

You'll develop the technical understanding behind the voice before leaming how to apply that knowledge to different singers.
​
All Academy learning materials are included.
EXPERIENCE THE WORK YOURSELF
You'll receive 5 hours of private 1:1 vocal coaching with Bevlyn.
​
There are things about the voice that only make sense once you've experienced the change in your own body.
OBSERVE 20 HOURS OF REAL
VOCAL COACHING
You'll clock 20 hours of lesson observation, watching how I coach different students and respond to what happens in real time.
​
After every observed lesson, you'll submit summary notes documenting what you noticed and understood.
​
You're training your ear to learn how to think like a coach.
BUILD A SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE
Being able to coach well and being able to sustain yourself as a private teacher are two different skills.
You'll receive mentorship around building a sustainable private vocal teachine business
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduation isn't based on attendance alone.
You'll need to demonstrate that you can understand, perform and apply what you've learned
TWO WRITTEN ASSIGNMENTS
Complete and pass 2 written assignments demonstrating your understanding of the programme material and your ability to reason through vocal coaching decisions.
VOCAL DEMONSTRATION TEST
Complete and pass a vocal demonstration assessment to demonstrate your practical understanding of the vocal techniques taught in the programme.
10-HOUR COACHING PRACTICUM
Record 10 hours of 1:1 vocal coaching with your own students or volunteers. Your recorded sessions will be reviewed with Bevlyn.
We'll look beyond whether you chose the "correct" exercise.
We'll look at how you listen. What you notice.
The decisions you make.
How you respond when something isn't working.
And whether the student is actually moving forward.
Because ultimately, that is the standard:
Can you create change in the person in front of you?
